Womb Bus – Riverdale: Female Fight Club

Location – Female Fight Club 5912 Riverdale Ave Saving Mothers – Saving Mothers is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to eradicating preventable maternal deaths and birth-related complications in low-resource settings. Irth (as in Birth, but we dropped the B for bias) helps Black and brown women and birthing people have a more safe and empowered pregnancy and parenting experience by allowing you to see how other parents of color, just like you, experienced care at a doctor or hospital. Then we turn those collective experiences into meaningful data to push for change within health systems. Fibroid Fighters – a collaboration to raise awareness and provide education on fibroid prevention and screening. Through the Womb Bus we provide biweekly screenings and support the unique needs of people living with fibroids.
